IVS ADVANCE

IVS™ Advance is the total automation of IVS (Imagine Visual Solution).

That’s how it works: once the faults have been selected with a normal white chalk and divided in areas of nesting probability, typical operation done on various leathers before starting the work, the single leather can be positioned on the first cutting machine station, where an high resolution camera will take a picture of the mapping and a powerful algorithm will execute the nesting in a few seconds.
The leather will go through the cutting area while the operator will add new leather and repeat the process. The same operator will have more time to pick-up the material that was cut during the last work session.

The system can also manage the whole production launch, checking the amount of daily work and the various crossings, pattern models, quantities, leathers, automatically launching nestings on the leather on the machine side, so that the operator doesn’t have to worry about leather management/nestings/pattern models. In a special version, the system can flexibly cut leather and united or plaid fabric, with the technology applied the projection of shapes directly on the processing material.
